Women’s Health Reflexology
Having completed a women’s health reflexology course with the wonderful Hagar Basis in 2021 I am able to offer treatments with a specific focus on hormonal support.
Our hormones are important for regulating most major bodily functions. They are produced by glands in the endocrine system and tell the body what to do and when to do it.
Hormonal changes occur at different stages in a woman’s life such as puberty, menstrual cycle, pregnancy, lactation, peri menopause and menopause.
Any imbalance in hormones can impact sleep, fertility, weight gain, hot flushes, joint pain, mood, and stress levels. During the peri- menopause and menopause women can experience such a wide variety of symptoms.
Reflexology is an amazing therapy to support hormone health and I’m delighted to work with many women during this time of transition.
I also work with a number of pregnant clients and can thoroughly recommend reflexology during pregnancy from a personal perspective. Both my babies came on their due dates! Whilst I can’t guarantee that, I can definitely help you feel more relaxed and prepared for birth.

Reflexology is recognised by many health cash back plans (please check your own policy details). I can provide a receipt for you to claim back the cost of your treatment.
Gift Vouchers
Give the gift of relaxation, a truly thoughtful gift. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any of the services on offer at Sarah Pickett Reflexology. Gift Vouchers can be posted or collected and will come with a 6 month expiry date. Reminders will not be given so please do your best to make a booking within this time frame. Cancellation Policy
Please note that a cancellation policy applies for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. Please appreciate that I need time to replace your cancelled appointment, so contact me asap. In the event that I cannot fill your appointment, the full treatment charge will apply.
