Foot or Hand Reflexology
Your 60 minute foot reflexology treatment involves the stimulation and deep massage of the reflex points on your feet to bring about a state of balance within the body.
Choose from a selection of luxury essential oil foot balms to enhance your treatment. All of your body’s systems and organs are stimulated to help clear energy pathways to restore balance in the body.
The session is deeply relaxing and we will start and finish with some breathing techniques.
Clients report feeling calmer, lighter and relaxed after treatments as well as having better quality, deeper sleep.
Why not enjoy the benefits of a reflexology treatment on the hands by adding in some hand reflexology for a combination treatment; 20 minutes of hand reflexology followed by 40 mins of foot reflexology. Perfect for those who would like to relieve tension in the hands and feet.

Reflexology is recognised by many health cash back plans (please check your own policy details). I can provide a receipt for you to claim back the cost of your treatment.
Gift Vouchers
Give the gift of relaxation, a truly thoughtful gift. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any of the services on offer at Sarah Pickett Reflexology. Gift Vouchers can be posted or collected and will come with a 6 month expiry date. Reminders will not be given so please do your best to make a booking within this time frame. Cancellation Policy
Please note that a cancellation policy applies for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. Please appreciate that I need time to replace your cancelled appointment, so contact me asap. In the event that I cannot fill your appointment, the full treatment charge will apply.
